Suggestions for the improvement of Slovio.
Predlozxenies dla dobrjuvenie Slovio jazikaf.
1) Regarding declination for SLOVIO
Dear Friends, I have seen your SLOVIO site on the internet and have a vew suggestions to make.
As the caracteristic of Slavic Languages is declination, I think SLOVIO should also have a declension pattern, of course an easy one. This would help as a bridge for those people who want to learn any slavic language, and because their language does not decline, they can not fully understand declination, so a declining SLOVIO would help them overbridge the problem. Since SLOVIO does not have a grammatical gender , so we only would need a simple declension FOR ALL NOUNS, since the noun is already declined , I think there is no need for adjectives to decline too. So here I suggest a declension pattern for ALL SLOVIO NOUNS:
Nominativ.....................just as the word is e.g.: KNIG, SVADBA, VINO
Genitiv.........................+Y if the word ends in a vowel +I e.g.: KNIGY, SVADBAI, VINOI
Dativ...........................+JE e.g.: KNIGJE, SVADBAJE, VINOJE
Akkusativ.....................+U if the word ends in a vowel +TU e.g.: KNIGU, SVADBATU, VINOTU
Instrumental................+OM if the word ends in a vowel + ROM e.g: KNIGOM, SVADBAROM
Lokativ........................+EJ if the word ends in a vowel + TEJ e.g.: KNIGEJ, SVADBATEJ, VINOTEJ
Vokativ........................+O if the word ends in a vowel change the vowel for an O, if the word ends in an O just change the O for an A. e.g.: KNIGO, SVADBO, VINA
I think this way of declining words gives the language life and flexibility in sound. Since there is only one pattern, it is easy to learn. Of course prepositions should be used, that enriches the language and makes it more precise.
